- Agree with above. I use a 1x PBS with 2mM EDTA and 0.5% BSA and sterile filter. As far as I can see this is essentially the same as the commercial product and works well.

First, it is made of a resilient, high-impact polyurethane. This material is capable of enduring the normal firing conditions that the factory unit couldn’t stand up to.
