Much as I love discussing the ins and outs of contacts, events, and reminders, our focus here will be on setting up email accounts on your Mac. Adding a service. Launch System Preferences. Step 3 of the Set up my Office 365 account series. Add your Office 365 email to Mail. Then you can send and receive business emails from your Mac. The Email, Username, and Password boxes. You need to enter your full e-mail address in the Email and Username boxes (for example, jdoe@miles.edu). Tap Next on the upper-right corner of the screen.
